I've been a bad blogger this month, but I'm back now. I have 10 or 11 daily posts ready, which allows me to bake some things I've already posted about (or are in my post queue) and make my gingerbread house. I hope that one will be nicer than my Halloween gingerbread house.
Anyway, this is a lemon cupcake topped with lemon cream cheese frosting. The cake is moist and the frosting is delicious. It's been awhile since I baked this, so I don't entirely remember what I was going to say about it. Sorry!
