Whoopie Pies

For those who are unfamiliar with whoopie pies, they are basically cake sandwiches. They are also super easy to make. They are a chocolate cake filled with a buttercream, which in these is raspberry. I didn't get to try one because they were for someone, but the buttercream and the cake made with the extra batter tasted good on their own.
