Yes I have made Snickerdoodle Cupcakes before, but these have a snickerdoodle cookie baked at the bottom of the cupcake. They're as glorious as they sound, trust me. I honestly can't think of any other way to describe them.
My favorite cookie - made even better. I've heard rumors that some of these may make it down here to NC. OK, OK, I started the rumor but let's not focus on that part. :)
There simply aren't enough words for how much I want to grab one of these and eat it *right* *now*.
