Cream Puff

I'm not dead! I've been busy working on starting my business. And watching Merlin. But I'm back, and I give you the cream puff:

I will probably sell these when I get my shop/stall/food truck, but I require more practice with them first. I need to focus on cupcakes, tarts, and cookies while I get my home business off the ground, so I won't have the opportunity to try these again for awhile.
