I had some left over dough from the
Maple Nut Tart that was the perfect amount to make myself a pocket pie. I used canned pie filling out of laziness (I wouldn't recommend it-it isn't very good), so it only took me a few minutes to get it formed and into the oven. It's not the prettiest looking thing, but the crust was delicious, even if the apple filling was not. Next time I make pocket pies I'll make the filling myself.
