I apologize once again for the lack of posts these past few weeks. I'm back now, this time with stuff I have eaten! I'll be posting these for the next week or so, primarily because I have a cold and won't be baking until it is gone.
First off, I have macarons from Ladurée that my Aunt Tricia and cousin Laura got for me to try when they were in New York a few weeks ago. To say they were delicious is an understatement. I loved the pistachio, coffee, and chocolate ones, so when my dad goes to New York I know which flavors I want him to get. Now that I've acquainted myself with quality macarons, hopefully I will be able to make some of my own!
