I made these peanut butter cupcakes for my aunt when she was here a few weeks ago. My only complaint about the recipe is that makes 18 instead of 24, because they are light and moist. Next time I make 'em, I'm injecting them with jelly to see how that turns out.
How do you get the icing (or should that be frosting?) to look so perfect?
